Modern and well appointed. Comfortable beds. Parking was a little confusing but easy to figure out once on the grounds. Parking pass was tempermental, did not always work. Assistance was available via an intercom. Rug in living room posed a trip hazard for our mobility challenged guest. Kitchen has everything you need for a comfortable stay. Plenty of bathroom space for our toiletries. Host was readily available via phone

Beautiful place, loved the decor. So spacious and comfortable with everything we needed. We’ve loved coming to Canal Park and have stayed in the Suites Hotel many times over the years so seeing this remodeled suite was such a treat. I wanted to move in

We have traveled to Duluth often over the past decade or so, and our stay at The Brix was hands-down our very favorite of them all! From the beautiful, well-maintained, and well-stocked apartment to the excellent location and wonderful communication from Tiegen and Keenan, we could not have asked for a better experience. The apartment has everything you could possibly need and felt like a second home for us and our children. We are so happy to have found a "keeper" to stay at for all of our future Duluth trips, and we give The Brix our very highest recommendation!
