If you are looking for a quick overnight stay in the middle of the city, then this is the place for you to go. I found it clean and the staff helpful. The accommodation rates are reasonable for a facility that is in the 'upper' part of Nairobi city

They don't serve meals, so you have to look for food elsewhere. The internet connection from the rooms is wanting, I had to keep downloading my stuff at the reception. It's also located in the middle of the noisy city so if you need a quiet location, it may not be the right place. Parking could also be a challenge if you are driving. Lastly you need to be in a good physical condition to access the reception and rooms-there are no lifts or wheelchair provisions

Location was good.

Many stairs to even get to the reception, from there another few floors up to get to your room. We book a room with a terrace, got one without. Very dirty bathroom, definitely was not cleaned 😅 Very very loud neighbourhood at any time of the day or night. Reception girls didn't add any value to the experience, after I paid, the communication was done with my husband in Swahili (??).
