First of all, the room was fine most nights, I could hear scratching and movement coming from the corners and walls, and to my horror, I actually saw mice running across the floor. Not once, but multiple times. It was impossible to sleep knowing there were rodents freely moving around the room. Completely unhygienic and frankly disgusting. The service somehow got even worse. ONE of the receptionists was incredibly rude and disrespectful from the moment I checked in. She had a terrible attitude, acted like I was a burden for simply asking basic questions, and showed zero professionalism. The other two receptionists were outstanding. What really crossed the line was when I overheard her talking about me, calling me a “stupid American.” That level of disrespect is absolutely unacceptable in any setting, let alone a place that claims to offer hospitality. It was insulting, uncalled for, and completely unprofessional.
