Location is CBD easily accessible next to road. Host needs to put up a banner upfront with hotel name and at entrance. Host was very accomodative, asked for the exact amount on booking reservation not a penny more. I am tempted to return.
No branding, hotel needs a banner and a poster or label to clearly indicate the entrance. "Rooms Upstairs" is not a sufficent welcoming note.

Its very convenient and the staff are good
Its in CBD center and the noise is kinda too much but the upper rooms at the corner could be better
