The Host is amazing, I met friendly people, Location was great, surrounded with restaurants and easy to move around. The place was kept clean all the time

The open layout was nice and staff seemed helpful. There was a kitten who was the best bit.
The bathroom never seemed to be clean, there was always hair on the floor/soap scum in the sink and underwear hanging on the rail. You get a sheet and pillow case but the duvet is not covered or changed from person to person. There are no signs saying where the backpackers is from outside and it’s just in an apartment block.
