Middle of everything in town and along the canal. Easy to access, spacious, spotlessly clean, complimentary wine, coffee, snacks, water. Organized. Easy instructions. Beautiful loft. Full kitchen. Fast responses. Safe. Parking available.
In the middle of downtown is wonderful, but can be loud late at night. Some residents have no volume control. We were a small family for UMD move out so nightlife wasn’t a priority. Still, location was perfect. Bring ear plugs and you’ll be OK. Reserved parking was once occupied late at night. Owner responded right away and it was resolved within the hour.
