Appartamento pulito, situato in un palazzo signorile e tranquillo, in una bella zona residenziale. Ottima posizione, comoda per raggiungere la metro e con bar e supermercati nelle immediate vicinanze. Gli ambienti sono luminosi e l’appartamento è complessivamente ben tenuto.
La procedura di check-in è inutilmente complessa e la richiesta di un selfie per completarla mi è sembrata discutibile. L’appartamento è più adatto a una coppia che dorme nella stessa stanza. Se una persona deve dormire nel soggiorno, il comfort è decisamente insufficiente: il divano letto è molto scomodo, l’aria condizionata è posizionata proprio sopra il divano e l’aria arriva direttamente sulla persona che dorme. Inoltre, tra camera e soggiorno non c’è una vera parete chiusa, quindi si sente praticamente tutto e la privacy è limitata. Anche l’accoglienza potrebbe essere migliorata: non c’era nemmeno una bottiglia d’acqua fresca in frigorifero, un piccolo dettaglio che sarebbe stato sicuramente apprezzato.
