Check in process at night was delayed.

A really great place to rest my head. The room was clean, hygienic, tidy and spacious. It was comfortable and made for a very easy stay overall. The location was excellent — within walking distance of the train station and my main office in Hayes, which was very convenient. The setup was straightforward, access was simple, and everything felt well organised. I will definitely be booking again in the future.

There wasn’t anything major to dislike. Possibly the radiator may not have been working properly, as I did feel a bit cold during the night. That said, I still had a great sleep in the spacious bedroom. Overall, a very positive stay.

At 10pm on the night of my booking they phoned me to say they had let someone else stay in the room I'd booked, so I would have to stay at their other hotel instead - a cheaper property in a different location and with way worse reviews including a report of bed bugs. Only once I refused multiple times did they agree to give me a room in the property I had actually paid for. Once I arrived, the door wouldn't open so it was quite a hassle getting in. Once I was finally in, the room was perfectly nice, but overall the stress of the whole thing probably wasn't worth it.
