    Unfortunately, my experience was very disappointing. The room was in poor condition, particularly the floor, which was visibly dirty, appeared not to have been cleaned properly, and had an unpleasant smell. I stayed for one night with my family, but the cleanliness of the floor was so concerning that I did not feel comfortable walk on it barefoot. Overall cleanliness of the room fell well below expectations. I would not recommend this accommodation, especially to families with children. I hope management takes these concerns seriously and improves its cleaning standards.

    The hotel is perfect location & has the added bonus of a lovely restaurant attached, I had a single room so no complaints about the size but the remote control for the tv was missing not hotels fault as it was probably stolen by a previous guest but as the restaurant was alcohol free I respect that but I had to eat my meal in my room if I wanted a drink, as it had no functioning tv it was not an enjoyable experience pity

    Had requested to change the stained and dirty sheet and also check on the broken glass shelf in washroom when returned to room in the night everything was just like that and also room service was not done

    Staff unhelpful and uninterested, room (or should I say felt like Broom cupboard) very very small and very very basic. Pillow very flat and shower not powerful
