Lokalizacja, parking, dwie toalety, przestronne wnętrze. Z mieszkania widać statki na morzu. Bardzo cicho.
Pod względem czystości jest dużo do poprawy, pod łóżkami były tumany kurzu.

Przestrzenne nowe czyste mieszkanie kompletnie wyposażone na 8 piętrze, stylowo i gustownie urządzone. Wszystko zgodne z opisem i zdjęciami. Blisko parku, morza i mola w Brzeźnie. Ekstra taras widokowy na dachu- 13 piętro. Dobry parking podziemny w budynku. Łatwa komunikacja z gospodarzem.

Mieszkanie bardzo przyjemnie urzadzone, przestronne. Blisko do sklepow, restauracji. Odleglosc do morza zgodnie z opisem. Fajnie ze sa 2 toalety. Plus za bogactwo gier w szafie.
"Comfort" w nazwie to przesada. Opis oferty nie zawieral kluczewej i formacji o budowie za oknem, generujacej halas od 6 rano. Brak klimatyzachi nie pozwala na zamkniecie okna. Ekspres do kawy i bezuzyteczny - nie zawiera wszystkich czesci. Wyposazenie jest minimalne. Brak mydla w dozowniku w lazience. Brak podstawowych przypraw jak sol w kuchni- nie kazdy ma ochote kupowac kg produktow. No i widok... na budowe. Morze widac tylko z 13 p.
