Really nice place.

We really liked the park and the beach. You can walk through the park and be at the beach in 10 minutes. There are well maintained paths for bicycles everywhere, there is a lot of dogs (me and my friend like dogs :-), the bar (Whiskey on the Rocks) is great and there is a little Zabka shop in the same building. There is a lot of bus stops in the area, but we mainly used Bolt to get to Gdansk. The price was between 35 - 50 PLN, depending on the hour.

It would be great, if there is an option to recycle the trash. There is one tiny bin in the room and that's it. We asked the cleaning lady if there are recycling bins and she showed us the door but we didn't have a key to get there. Other thing - there is an electronic lock on the apartment door. We got an instructions and the code but the instructions said 'turn the knob to the right' to unlock the door and to the left to lock it. It's the other way around. Currently (07/2025) there is a scaffolding in front of the balcony.

high standard, fantastic location and very friendly stuff

absolutely amazing location especially if you want to spend your time on the Baltic’s beach. approx 15min walking dostance to the 58 gate. very safe and clean, with own garden and extra buidling where you Can spend time in sauna or playing bilard. nearby a lot of shops and downstairs nice restaurant. wonderful for family with kids.

Rusztowanie na całej długości mieszkania, prace budowlane trwały także w sobote przed 8.00 rano. Halas. Gospodarz nawet nie uprzedzil. Slabe zachowanie. Ekspres brudny - zbiornik na wode wygladal jak zaniedbane akwarium. Ochraniacz pod przescieradlem- hałaśliwy, niewygodna cerata. Mozna wybrac inny material.

Zdjecia apartamentu były sprzedaży kilku lat, nie ma widoku na morze, korony drzew zasłaniaja wszystko, balkon jest dużo mniejszy i sloneczny tylko do godz 11, jest skieriwany na pn-wsch, od 11 jest ciemno bez słońca, dodatkowa posciel w sofie w salonie - właściwie poszewki na poduszki były brudne, żółte.

OSZUŚCI Z ELITE APARTMENTS - NIE POLECAM!

Nic mi się nie podobało. Elite Apartments to OSZUŚCI!!!!!!! Jeśli zamówicie aparatament "Tarasy Bałtyku" to i tak w nim nie będziecie mieszkać z jakiegoś powodu - w naszym przypadku rzekomo była awaria i nie było wody. Najpierw pojechałem pod adres z oferty na booking.com, ale portier nie wiedział nic na temat mojego przyjazdu. Zadzwoniłem pod podany w ofercie numer. O dziwo ktoś odebrał i udawał, że nic nie wie na temat innego adresu niż w zamówionej ofercie. Po chwili jednak była już mowa, że "była zmiana adresu, z powodu awarii", o której pan portier w budynku oczywiście nic nie wie. Jeśli tak było, to chyba wypadało o tym wprost napisać w instrukcji zameldowania. "Przepraszamy, wyniknela taka sytuacja, ale mamy inne mieszkanie" a tu pani liczyła, że nie zorientuję się, że jadę do innego mieszkania???? Pod wskazanym adresem oczywiście mieszkanie JEST GORSZE (mimo zapewnień pani telefonistki- pewnie właścicielki). Jest przede wszystkim BRUDNE! Poza tym, że nie jest posprzątane, to nosi ślady użytkowania od lat. Dodatkowo jest w beznadziejnej lokalizacji z widokiem na zajezdnię autobusową, a nie przy Parku Regana. Pani telefonistka mówi też o możliwości skargi do booking.com - co jest w bzdurą. Booking.com ma klientów w całkowitym poważaniu i jedyne co możecie zrobić to dokładny opis sytuacji tutaj i adekwatna ocena.

Nie usłyszałem słowa przepraszam. DAŁEM SZANSĘ DO KOŃCA TERMINU, PODCZAS KTÓREGO MOŻNA WYSTAWIĆ OPINIĘ. Upominałem się tylko o to co było w ofercie, za którą zapłaciłem nie tak mało (!). Nie podoba mi się, że nie było żadnego kontaktu ze strony właściciela próbując w najmniejszym stopniu załagodzić sytuację, w ktorej nie ja zawiniłem. Nie podobało mi się, że nie było informacji przed godziną zameldowania o zmianie adresu. Po prostu został wysłany inny adres niż ten, który był w ofercie i NIKT NIE WIDZIAŁ W TYM NIC DZIWNEGO!! Bez wahania zmieniłbym miejsce pobytu! NIE PODOBAŁO MI SIĘ, ZE NIE BYŁO ŻADNEJ REKOMPENSATY W ZWIĄZKU Z TYM OSZUSTWEM.. Nie dostałem do dziś odpowiedzi na zarzuty, które wypisałem właścicielowi "apartamentu". Co więcej podczas pierwszej nocy dostałem o godzinie trzeciej BEZCZELNĄ informację "z nadzieją, że wszystko się ułożyło (...) i gdybym czegoś potrzebował to mam się kontaktować" - oczywiście, że skontaktowałem się ponownie - znów bez odpowiedzi na długą listę zarzutów. Nie podobało mi się, że zostałem oszukany i również booking.com nic z takimi oszustami nie robi - dlatego czują się bezkarnie.
