W okolicy znajduje się dużo obiektów usługowych. Świetna komunikacja miejska niedaleko budynku - autobus, tramwaj. Apartament położony jest w spokojnej i bezpiecznej okolicy, na skraju osiedla. Tuż obok prowadzi szeroki, dogodny deptak i droga rowerowa aż na samą plażę, co zachęca do codziennej aktywności. Malowniczy deptak wiedzie przez różnorodne, zielone tereny – łąki, park i las, dzięki czemu sam spacer staje się przyjemną częścią wypoczynku.
Przydałby się parawan na plażę z młoteczkiem do wbijania palików. Odkurzacz dostępny w obiekcie miał bardzo słaby ciąg, nie dało się nim sprzątać.

Świetna lokalizacja blisko komunikacji miejskiej, w okolicy sklepy, a samo mieszkanie bardzo czyste, zadbane, komfortowe i super przygotowane pod zgłoszoną liczbę osób. Kuchnia świetnie wyposażona, bardzo polecam :)
