Sa localisation est excellente. Près de la plage, des épiceries et des moyens de transports qui facilitent le séjour. La rapidité du propriétaire à répondre à nos demandes. Nous recommandons cet appartement.

Location is not bad

The property had several issues that made my stay uncomfortable. The cleanliness was disappointing, as I found hair on the towels and bed linen, cookie crumbs on the kitchen chairs, and dust on the furniture. There was no microwave or washing machine available, which made the stay less convenient. There was no TV, which was acceptable; however, access to Netflix could have been better. Additionally, there was a smell of gas in the kitchen, so I had to keep the windows open. The radiators were cold, leaving me with nowhere to dry my washed socks and underwear. The water in the shower ranged from slightly warm to extremely hot, and even when I set it to one position, the temperature changed by itself. The kettle was old and had residue inside, and the iron had a burnt soleplate. While these issues were manageable, overall, the stay was uncomfortable.

Very comfortable and clean apartment. The apartment is close to the Beach of Pane and Pomodoro. You can easily walk to the center and enjoy the “lungo mare”. I would definitely raccomando this place
