The Minihouse is located 150 meters from the seafront area of central Bari.
The Minihouse has been realized paying particular attention to the quality of the materials used and to the extreme care of the finishes and details, creating refined but at the same time sober environments.
Iroko solid wood flooring has been laid with Ecologica water-based paint, painted walls with Eco-based Silossanic paint that allows natural transpiration and avoids the proliferation of molds. Thermosets powered by an eco-friendly condensing boiler, the 2 class A ++ air-conditioning units equipped with an antipollen filter.
In Minihouse everything was carefully chosen for the well-being of the guest.
The living room consists of a double bed room, living / dining area, bathroom, fully equipped kitchen and washer dryer, digital TV and satellite, free wi-fi internet connection. Maximum hygiene and cleanliness of the rooms, bed linen and towels supplied.
Minihouse-BARI (Rai-Lungomare Perotti area) A few meters from the Lungomare, in the most characteristic and central area of the city of Bari, the Minihouse offers guests the opportunity to stay in an independent and comfortable solution. Privacy but comfort and elegance of a 4-star hotel. The housing solution consists of a small apartment (about 45 square meters), located on the 3rd floor of a stately building with elevator, which offers a view of the seafront about 150 meters. The area is very well served. A few meters from the Minihouse there are Banks, Post Office, Pharmacy, Supermarkets, Bars, Pizzerias, RAI Studios, etc ... At about 100 meters Metro stop and 30 meters bus stop, with which you can easily reach every area of the city of Bari and the train station. With a nice walk along the promenade you reach the center and the ancient area of the city called "Bari Vecchia" where in the evening there is also the sparkling Movida.

Very kind hosts, who prepared everything what was needed for our short holidays - every morning free nice Italian breakfast in the nearby cafe, suggested trips in and out of Bari and a bottle of sparkling wine for our arrival :).
One evening we were offered a complimentary delicious pizza :)
The host took care of us during our whole visit but it was done fully respecting our privacy.

The property was clean and had a nice bathroom. The downside was that it backs up to the train tracks. The WiFi didn’t work at all during our 2 night stay. It’s a little far from the center of town so it is a pretty long walk. There was a nice complimentary breakfast served in the cafe next to the apartment.
