Clean and good view
The balcony glass edge was a little shaky. So we didnt use the balcony much since had kids around just to br at safe side

The apartment is new and suitable for us.
Long walk to places of interests. I feel should at least provide shutter buses. Not much shops opened.
Upon check-in the entrance door is unable to close properly and required fixing. Airconditioning in 1 room was leaking (dripping water). Common toilet is so slippery, no hooks to hang clothes when bathing, and the doors from both sharing rooms closed loudly!!
No daily housekeeping and cleaning.
