We booked this unit for a short family getaway and had a very pleasant stay. The property is well suited for families with children, with plenty of kid-friendly facilities around. The location is convenient too, especially with the link bridge providing easy access towards Genting Highlands. Overall, a comfortable place for a relaxing family trip.
One small inconvenience was that only one key was provided for the unit. With a family, it can be a little inconvenient when everyone has different plans or returns at different times. Providing an additional key would make the stay even better.

Brought my family here for a short getaway and we had a great stay. The facilities are very family- and kids-friendly, which made the trip enjoyable for everyone. The location is also very convenient, with easy access to Genting Highlands via the link bridge. Overall, a comfortable and enjoyable place for a family getaway.
Nothing major to complain about. Overall, we had a pleasant stay and everything met our expectations.

Location is good with walking distance via link bridge up to Genting theme park.
Under apartment shopping mall has wide varieties of food selection, indoor playground and massage.
Facilities inside house looks new just not function able.
Given the stated facilities such as jacuzzi, washing machine.
But jacuzzi does not have heated water. Which means u can’t use it at all in such cold weather unless u want to try ice bucket challenge.
Washing machine cannot use at all with not enough water supply error msg from washing machine.
Master room hot water shower was inconsistent. Tends to turn hot and cold by itself.
