Gemütliche Ferienwohnung mit Balkon und Ausblick

The apartment is spacious and technically had all the needed equipment. It's located near a supermarket and also not far from the city center. The huge smart TV was easy to use while we made it comfortable in the big living room on the large couch. You definitely have enough space to two people. They also had an electric fan which we could use during these hot summer nights.

Firstly, it was difficult to find a parking space when we arrived around 11pm. Secondly, the calc in the water was quite noticeable on every utensils in the kitchen. Every cup and pans had these white stains. It's also clear some utensils need to be either cleaned more or replaced (see pictures). Some utensils are also broken. Lastly, I asked where we can find an extra toilet paper roll because we only got a roll that someone else started already with approx 20% left on the roll. I was told we will get a new one but it never came. Thus we had to go to the supermarket quickly in the morning to get our own roll on top of already hurrying up because we also had to leave at 10am.

Die Lage war super. Sehr zentral. Die Wohnung war sauber. Die Ausstattung war sehr gut. Parkmöglichkeiten waren auch gut gegeben. Die Infos zur Wohnung waren - bis auf Parkplatzinfos - einwandfrei. Es war ruhig. Geräumig. Große Fernseher. Wir sind immer 20min in die Stadt gelaufen. Das ging gut.

Im Schlafzimmer roch es leicht nach Rauch. Da ich zu Beginn nicht wusste, wo ich parken kann, bekam ich von einem Nachbarn einen Zettel an den Scheibenwischer, ich solle doch unverzüglich wegfahren. Ein Hinweis auf Parkplätze wäre sicherlich gut. Leider hat der Vermieter der Wohnung auf meine Anfrage mit einer etwas beleidigenden Äußerung reagiert.

The apartment has one bedroom, a kitchen, a dinning room and a living room with balconies in the front and at back. It also equipped with a dish washer and a top loaded washer and a full size refrigerator. Very spacious comparing with other studio/one bedroom apartment nearby. Very nice for longer stay. ( We stayed for 17 nights.) As we don't have a car to drive around and need to walk 6 to 12 minutes to bus stop or tram stop, the location is not ideal, but if you have a car, the location is not bad at all.
