Appartement très bien situé, avec une place de parking, ce qui est très pratique. Le lit double est très confortable, le canapé lit un peu moins mais on y dort bien quand même. Appartement bien insonorisé.

Die Lage war sehr gut und die Innenstadt ist in 10 Minuten zu Fuß erreichbar.
Parkplatz ist direkt vor der Wohnung.
Die Sauberkeit in dieser Wohnung lässt sehr zu wünschen übrig.
Auch etliche Schönheitsreparaturen sollten wieder mal durchgeführt werden. Im Eingangsbereich ist ein großes Loch in der rigipswand ca 10x10 cm.
Etliche Dübellöcher sind in den wänden.
Staub Zentimeter dick in der Lüftung und auf den Regalen.
Kaffeemaschine trieft vor dreck.
Ich könnte noch lange so weiter machen.
