Moderne 90 qm Stadtwohnung neu und zentral gelegen

Muito bonita a casa apenas um pouco gelada, mas em excelente condições..

Um pouco frio.

Sehr schöne große Wohnung in toller Lage. Die Räume sind sehr großzügig und geschmachvoll eingerichtet. Die Küche ist gut ausgestattet.

Leider kamen uns bei Ankunft schon einige Staubbündel entgegen und wir mussten erstmal die komplette Wohnung saugen. Auch waren unsere weißen Socken oft schwarz am Abend. Die Wasserhähne waren sehr kalkig. Anonsten war es sauber. Leider gab es keine Spülmaschine, dadurch war das Geschirr durch die Vorgänger sehr dreckig. Auch hier mussten wir zuerst alles spülen.

Modern and pleasant apartment. Easy access and contact with the landlord before arrival.

The price was very high. Despite the high price several aspects were missing: second toilet, dishwasher, real oven, real bed for 5th and 6th person. Don't get me wrong: It's a nice apartment, but ~200 Euro per night is too much and should be adjusted. I wanted to reflect this in my rating. In addition, there was no personal contact on-site. The apartment is on the ground floor, so that it is quite close to the street and a bit noisy. There was no waste separation in the apartment although it was mandatory in the building.
