No contact-majoitus. Viestintä omistajan kanssa sujui erinomaisesti valokuvien kera. Autolle maksuton parkkipaikka. Talo ja rappu ovat elokuvaohjaaja Aki Kaurismäelle tyypillistä estetiikkaa, muta sitä ei ole syytä pelästyä. Rappioromantiikasta ja neuvostoarkkitehtuurista pitävät ihastuvat. Niin mekin ihastuimme. Rappuun ja huoneeseen pääsyyn saimme etukäteen hyvät ohjeet. Huone on tilava, huippumoderni, siisti, puhdas, toimiva. Hipaisunäppäimet valaistukselle. LED-takka oli kiva lisä. Modernit, uudenveroiset keittiölaitteet. Erittäin kirkkaat ja puhtaat ikkunat kiinnittivät huomiomme. Raikas, puhdas, tuoksuton huoneilma. WiFi toimi hyvin. Yöt olivat täysin hiljaiset. Vuodesohva oli tukeva ja miellyttävä.
Hellejaksoilla huone saattaa olla kuuma, koska siinä ei ole koneellista ilmastointia (AC).

Sveiki ,namo išvaizda tragedija
Atvykus mašinos pasistatyti nebuvo kur nes parkavimas yra viso namo jei randi vietos tai gerai iškarto susidūrėme su problemomis ,nors skelbime nurodyta kad yra parkavimo vieta,centras yra toli nuo lokacijos Vietos , skelbime blogai nurodyta ,aplink parduotuvių niera pėščiomis reikia eiti toli.Vienintelis pliusas kad butas įrengtas gerai.
