Отличное расположение! Мы искали квартиру рядом с квартирой бабушки и не надеялись найти что-то хорошее. Тут я и нашла эту квартиру. Она просто замечательная - видно, что ремонт делали для себя, все очень красивое! В квартире есть все необходимое: микроволновка, посудомойка, стиралка и тд. В квартире кроме кровати в спальне есть большой раскладывающийся диван. для нас это было важно, тк путешествовали втроем (2 взрослых+ребенок) и никому не пришлось ютиться на неудобном спальном месте. Мы очень довольны. Рядом есть все нужные магазины, во дворе - детская площадка. От Риги очень удобно ехать на автобусе - остановка прям недалеко. Хозяин очень отзывчивый и гостеприимный. Во время приехал для передачи ключей, так же во время их забрал при выезде, проблем с возвратом депозита не возникло, готов был помочь по всем вопросам. Спасибо, вернемся еще!
От хозяина это не зависит, но хотелось бы увидеть ремонт в подъезде дома
