Тихое место, приятно и уютно. Соотношение цена/качество 100%,
Отношение хозяина к техническому состоянию объекта. Входная дверь требует внимания, как и люстра в комнате. WC: унитаз шатается, змеевик капает, дверь свою функцию не выполняет (распухла от сырости)

Better than in the pictures. Clean (sheets also). Check-in was easy. Excellent value for money. Nice courtyard area, which had even a trampoline.
Could take better care of the courtyard (cutting the lawn, adding flowers). The property would benefit from an air conditioning. Fresh towels.
