Casa Natania

Top locatie, prachtig verblijf en goed hygiënisch.

Personeel, helemaal niet gezien. Er waren momenten dat we vragen hadden en dan was er niemand op locatie leek het.

Everything about my stay at Casa Natania was wonderful. From the moment of booking, Oscar was incredibly responsive and helpful. I was able to drop my bags off before check in, and my room was ready a couple hours early which was appreciated. The location is perfect - lots of shops and restaurants around, within easy walking distance to everything in Antigua, yet a few blocks from the main square so it's quiet and peaceful. The property - both building and grounds - is absolutely beautiful. I specifically looked for a property with a pool and was glad I did because it was great to spend an hour or two on the loungers and going for a dip to cool off. The room and the shared kitchen were very clean. The beds were very comfortable, the provided toiletries were nice, there are plenty of outlets in the room (which isn't always the case in old colonial buildings), and it was great to have the filtered water available in the room. Oscar and his staff went above and beyond with some personal touches that were incredibly thoughtful and appreciated. The next time I'm in Antigua, I wouldn't even look at other hotels - I would absolutely stay here again!
