Very centrally located. Very nice rooftop terrace, with good view of all three volcanoes, and breakfast was good. Basic room facilities, but biggest issue was lack of hot water. Was told to run the shower/tap until hot water came, but after 5+ minutes, still nothing, so only cold showers the whole stay.

The stay here was better than I hoped. Morning strolls followed by a lunch beer with a view was amazing. Evening sunsets with dinner were spectacular. My photos failed to upload, but this spot has great views. Besides the rooftop, the rooms were very comfortable, the staff was very hospitable and helpful, and I enjoyed the location for it's proximity to but not directly in the busiest spot of town - especially since there weren't any clubs or loud events to keep me up or wake me up. I highly recommend this spot for it's value, views, and practicality.

Overall, I wouldn’t stay here again. It was very difficult to get to the hotel by car and then to only find out once I arrived that the parking lot is a quarter mile away, was annoying.
Then the “King Deluxe” came with the tiniest bathroom I have ever seen. There were several cheaper options in the area and I thought that this was the better option, but after my stay, I wish I had spent my money somewhere else.
