Die Wohnung liegt unmittelbar am Bahnhof in einer kleinen, ruhigen Nebenstraße. Die Wohnung scheint ganz neu renoviert und ist funktional und trotzdem geschmackvoll eingerichtet. Alle Einrichtungsgegenstände sind neuwertig ohne erkennbare Gebrauchsspuren. Es gibt 3 Zimmer mit je einem überbreiten Bett. Die Zimmer sind einzeln abschließbar. Toilette und Bad sind getrennt. Die Küche ist großzügig und auch als Aufenthaltsraum gut nutzbar. Teilweise haben die Zimmer einen guten Blick über das Tal. Es gab eine hohe Flexibilität bei unserer Anreise.
Die Wohnung ist im 5. Stockwerk und erfordert mangels Fahrstuhl etwas Kondition. Es gibt keine gekennzeichnete Hausnummer. Der Übergabe-Prozess für den Schlüssel war etwas unklar. Der Toilette fehlte ein Fenster zum öffnen.
