Geräumigkeit der Wohnung, eigener Eingang, Parkplatz

Die Sauberkeit konnte uns nicht überzeugen. Hierzu zwei Belege: 1. Im Gefrierfach waren noch Verkrustungen von Vormieter-Lagerungen / 2. Der Abfallbehälter im Bad war nicht vorher geleert worden.
