Gut für ein oder zwei Tage Übernachtung, wenn man nicht allzu ruhebedürftig ist. Sehr günstig, zentrale Lage in sicherem und sozial stabilen Umfeld der Stadt. Gut renovierte 2-Zimmerwohnung im Erdgeschoss eines älteren Mehrfamilienhauses. Zeitgemäße Möblierung und Deko (Ikea, Roller bis Möbel Boss Style). Recht neuer, einfacher Küchenblock mit Herd und Kühlschrank vorhanden, Badezimmer mit Wannen-Dusche-Kombination. Gratis Straßenparkplatz verfügbar, schnelles Wlan/Internet mit Streaming TV. Supermärkte, Bäcker, Drogeriemarkt in Gehreichweite.
Hausflur und Treppenhaus sind unrenoviert. Gartenumfeld macht ungepflegten Eindruck. Hellhörig.

Die Lage
Riesen Lärm im ganzen Haus von morgens 07:00 bis abends spät! Wohnungstür schliesst nicht richtig. Es zieht rein, da die Haustür den ganzen Tag offen steht. Für eine Woche für 2 Personen 2 Handtücher und „1“ Badetuch! Kein Geschirrtuch! 1 WC Rolle für 1 Woche zu zweit??? Schlauch von Duschbrause defekt!!!! Abfalleimer im Bad defekt! 2 Nachttischlampen im Schlafzimmer Batteriebetrieben 😂 Batterien sind aber leer 🙈🙈🙈!!! Mehrere Kakerlaken in der Wohnung. Lange schwarze Haare am Boden. Entweder von den Vormietern oder der Putzfrau…
