・メッセージが24時間対応だった。 ・チェックインが対面で、安心感があった。受付の方が親切に対応してくれた。 ・レイトチェックアウトができた。 ・ロビーが利用できた（共用キッチン、テーブル等） 部屋に電子レンジがなかったので、共用キッチンにあって助かった。
・清潔感があまりなかった。入室してすぐ髪の毛がいくつか落ちていたり、部屋の隅にコバエホイホイが置いてあった。 ・（立地のことを言っても仕方ないが）女性一人で泊まるには勇気がいる。エントランスの自動ドアが鍵付きなのは助かった。
