Modern and well-equipped studio with everything needed for a comfortable stay. Quite small, feels more like a studio than a full apartment. Stunning panoramic views over Porto and its bridges, both during the day and at night. Clean and nicely furnished. Only about a 10-minute taxi ride to Porto city centre.

Property is surrounded by major construction works, including new apartment buildings and a Metro station. Significant noise during both weekdays and weekends due to ongoing construction. Also a lot of noise coming from loud traffic on the streets at night. Because of the major construction works closeby there’s a lot of dust and stench. Few suitable amenities within short walking distance, such as supermarkets, shops, or breakfast cafés.

Está muy nuevo y limpio, pero excepto la terraza, que está bastante sucia por todas las obras de alrededor.

La zona está en obras de ampliación de metro, carreteras, edificios colindantes, hay suciedad y grúas por todos los lados. Las calles están reventadas de la maquinaria, hay calles cortadas y para moverte es un lío. Los autobuses pasan cuando quieren, hay paradas suprimidas en la que no se indica que están suprimidas. Cuando terminen las obras será otra cosa, pero ahora mismo…
