Una casa bonita, con buen patio bien dotado de mesas y sillas. Acogedora. Tranquila.
Muy bien climatizada. Limpia y ordenada.
Suficientemente dotada para una pareja o una pareja con un hijo.
A pesar de lo angosto de las calles, no tuvimos problemas para aparcar en las cercanías
El sofá cama es un poco duro y se clava la estructura mientras duermes.
Podría haber algún store que tapase la claraboya de la habitación para que no entre tanta luz al amanecer

Positives:
1. The apartment was very clean, you can see that the owners care about cleanliness. Towels, sheets, kitchen, dining area, floor - everything was clean.
2. For two people, the apartment has everything you need - it is large enough, has kitchen with appliances, dining area inside and outside (small terrace) as well.
3. The bedroom has electric sunshades, so if you shut everything, it's very quiet and dark - very comfortable sleep. Sometimes, a giant dog of the neighbours (very sweet!) was barking and this is the only sound that goes through.
4. Price/quality ratio is very good, comparing to other places at similar pricing.
5. Contact with the owner was very easy, convenient and quick. The owner had no problem with us checking in very late (our plane was late).
6. The place has air conditioning, which can be very useful when it's hot in Portugal.
Neutral:
1. Mind the location - it is on the other side of the river, so without a car it can be very tiring. We wanted to walk a lot, so we enjoyed it. There are buses around, but it's a several-minute walk from the stop at a considerable angle. Consider 40-minute walk to Ribeira.
2. The location is quite "spooky" at night (but not unsafe! Porto & Portugal in general are very safe). The streets are dark, there is a lot of unoccupied buildings, and not many people around.
3. The bed is not a single big mattress, but two joined together. It would be more comfortable if it was a single, big mattress, but I understand that this way you can separate the beds if you need to.
The only negative is that there were some traces of mold in the bathroom. You can see that the place is generally clean, but the shower could use some refurbishing (I recommend epoxide grouts/joints - they will be easier to clean, won't crack or gather mold).

It was cozy and cute from the outside, the owner was nice.
It was way too small for four people, and also the sofa bed kept breaking under our weight so we couldn’t even get proper sleep… satisfying for a small family not for four adults.
