Bright and cozy studio by Brighton Station

Well located for both the station and the event I was attending. Host was helpful. Keys were easy to pick up and drop off. Bed was comfortable. Apartment was clean and tidy, bright and airy.

It's on the top floor so did get a bit hot (it was a hot day!), though there were plenty of windows that could be opened. The down side of this was the noise of the seagulls was even louder. You wouldn't want to stay here if you have mobility issues as it is up two flights of stairs. Biggest problem for me was I woke up at dawn because the curtains weren't very effective at keeping out the light and it is (as the description indicates) a bright apartment. But overall a pleasant, if small, studio apartment and I would happily stay there again if the need arose.

Great central location and quiet road.

The property is in a good location, bright, sunny, close to Brighton station and not too far from the sea. It’s relatively spacious for two people, the bed was very comfortable. There’s a well stocked shop next door and many bars, pubs and restaurants within a 5-10 minute walk. Mario was really nice and responded to messages and calls straight away. Checkin and out from the shop was easy, straightforward and the staff were very friendly.

The apartment is on a hill from whichever direction you walk to the property, it’s quite steeply uphill. Though I do think it was a one off, unfortunately the property wasn’t as clean as we expected. Mario was very proactive to remedy this and very kindly bought us a nice bottle of wine by way of an apology which we appreciated very much. There was no washing machine at the property when we stayed.
