Tiny House with private Parking & Patio - central Brighton

All on one level, ideal for my daughter who along with ASD also has chronic Fibromyalgia. The private parking space was brilliant as a blue badge holder and an electric wheelchair 👩‍🦼 user wonderful to know you won’t be blocked in! Plus parking in Brighton is very expensive and not easy to find. Another amazing positive was the fact that the property is dog 🐕 friendly ideal for my daughters small well behaved assistance dog. Who certainly got a lot of attention on his short walk around the block every day, in the tremendous heat wave ☀️ The private patio was a bonus when having our furry friend with us. Modern, trendy, quirky, definitely appealed to us. Thank you Nicki for your kindness and hospitality.

There was nothing to dislike…. However the extreme heat and confined space would of really benefited from a small portable air con unit or two! Please note there is a small low down hole in the back fencing! Fortunately we found a large spare tile in the cupboard and temporarily blocked the hole with it… we could then rest easy knowing Prince Percival the much loved Pekinese could not escape.
