Loved our stay! Great place, great location and just a fantastic space. Perfect for a group of friends to hangout and visit great spots in Brighton. Easy to get in and out. All in all a top stay.

We had an issue with the heating on the day we arrived, but they sent someone around straight away to sort it. We didn't fill the property so were able to use the kitchen and living room space which was great.
Some radiators didn't work at all. The LED light in the kitchen area is broken and there are benches not chairs. They only left us 1 bin bag which was full very quickly so we needed to buy more. We couldn't get the karaoke machine to work. It would be great to leave oven instructions as it did eventually work, but it had a funny 5.

Booked house for hen do was ideal for this. Accommodated 20 people comfortably. Communal spaces were large enough to celebrate together had a good long table set up. There were other good touches such as a basement Photo Booth and brilliant balcony with sea view.
Location was ideal right by the lanes and minutes to the sea. Could walk everywhere with ease.
Nothing was brand spanking new or overly clean which was ideal for us celebrating a hen weekend but might not be everyone’s cup of tea.

Great location & good social space for a large hen do.
The property was very run down - a lot of paint work needs doing, general upkeep & cleaning.
