Spacious Brighton Beach studio

Everything! I've stayed here previously in 2022 and the host has added little touches (such as more storage since then) and it is a lovely space - really light, airy and nicely decorated. Excellent location, 5 minutes walk from the sea front maybe. Well equipped kitchen, even a washing machine and drying rack if needed. The host Emma was very communicative and helpful, taking time to check in to see how the stay was and to ask if we needed anything. We parked at the Norton Road multi storey which was pretty reasonable.

There's nothing to dislike for me personally - I love this space. However, be aware of the stairs (4 flights) so don't stay here if you struggle with your mobility and/or don't like stairs. While the building is quiet, outside can be noisy so again if you're a light sleeper or not used to noise then bring some earplugs. Also as the weather is heating up again it might be worth bringing a fan or asking whether your host can provide one (as it can get warm).

Very bright studio, good for a couple

Few things don’t match the description Parking- is a public one , and it is approx.15 min walk from the location ( in the description it say’s nearby) so if you need to walk that distance witha toddler, trolley and luggage it makes a difference It’s definitely not 120m2 , more like 50 m2 Lift is not available- you need to carry your luggage upstairs Windows are quite old, it’s noisy from the street and you can feel the draft No instructions were provided on the check in or wifi , you need to ask yourself for all the details
