die Lage war außergewöhnlich, da Seafront
Die Ausleuchtung in den Schlafzimmern war mangelhaft, keine Lampen an den Betten, nur Oberlicht, das man dann nur wieder an der Tür ausschalten konnte. In einem Bad lief die Lüftung nicht. Auch in der Küche nur eine Lichtquelle und beim Kochen steht man sich selber im Licht. Um im Wohnzimmer die Lamellenvorhänge zur Verdunkelung zu verstellen, brauch man eine Leiter oder muss mindestens 1,90 groß sein

The location was perfect. The three bedrooms and two baths were exactly what we needed. Having laundry facilities in the apartment was superb! The update kitchen and bathrooms were most excellent. The whole apartment was totally family oriented and met our needs.
Being from the US, we needed some basic explanation of operating appliances. Fortunately our daughter has lived in the UK for years, so she helped.

Location was super central and made the stay, making the stay really easy. Bathrooms & kitchen were all well appointed.
Acoustics were awful in relation to garden flat below. At times it felt the downstairs neighbour was joining us in the property. This was very concerning! We were not briefed on the scaffolding and the workmen working on the external window frames looking in to the property naturally to complete the maintenance .
