* Very clean* Bed comfy* Well located - ideal for short stay and exploring the city* Seafront a short walk* Heating good* Access instructions were clear* Distant but nice sea view. * Great smart TV* Secure* Sofa (bed), is very low and uncomfortable to sit on* TV too high on wall* Building on steep hill with steep steps to direct access so not suitable for anyone with mobility issues.

Small but perfectly formed. Great central location. We parked overnight in the car park near the train station , which was a five minute walk from the property.
Clean and comfortable for the two of us.
