Staff very helpful and polite , excellent service. especially Sumaia.
Reception asked me to wait quite some time as need to bring the guest registered before to their rooms which think is not necessary .

الفندق جميل بشكل كامل الكادر الموجود متعاون خصوصا البنت في الشفت الصباحي جدا متعاونة وتستقبل الضيوف بوجه بشوش وتساعد مهما كثرت الاستفسارات كراج الفندق واسع جدا الغرف كبيرة وجميلة ومطلة على القلعة التبريد جيد خدمة الغرف ياتون لتنظيف الغرفة يوميا
كل شيء تمام اتمنى فقط تطوير بوفية الريوك الصباحي بانواع متعددة من الاطعمة
