Die Sauberkeit im gesamten Hotel, und sogar in meinem Zimmer, ließ zu wünschen übrig. Als ich den Stuhl verschob, war darunter Schmutz. Der Hoteleingang war unsauber, und die Kaffeemaschine an der Rezeption funktionierte entweder nicht oder es gab keinen Kaffee.

The only positive aspect was the staff—though not all of them. The people at the reception counter, Mr. Sufyan, the other lovely lady, and one gentleman in the restaurant were incredibly supportive and showed an exceptional level of respect. They were the real stars. The hotel itself doesn’t deserve its 4-star rating in any aspect except for these individuals. However, the housekeeping staff, particularly the two men, were terrible and provided zero-level service

The housekeeping service was extremely disappointing. Imagine putting out the sign requesting room cleaning and asking the front desk to send someone, and yet no one came for three days. During my 9-day stay, they only cleaned my room twice, despite my numerous requests. When they finally did clean, they did a terrible job. The breakfast was very poor. There was no coffee available, and the tea dispenser was completely empty. We asked the staff to refill it several times, but they kept claiming it was full. There were only about 3 or 4 families dining - hardly anyone - yet when I checked the dispenser myself, it was indeed empty. They had only prepared enough tea for 5 or 6 cups and never bothered to refill it. Can you believe that? Furthermore, the bread was awful. It was of very poor quality and wasn't even authentic Iraqi bread or anything close to it. Additionally, the tap water was mostly unavailable during the first four days of my stay (it was only running between 4 AM and 7 AM). Finally, room service was incredibly slow; if you ordered anything - even just a bottle of water - you were lucky if it arrived in an hour.
