Villa Vista Alegre

The property was private, spacious and clean. Everything you see in the photos and imagine is exactly what it is - the views, from every room facing the pool are just astonishing The host and the property manager, just 😍😍😍 We had to extend our stay on the island due to an ill child - they really couldn’t have been more accommodating; with a 5am booking, they allowed as to check in by 12pm, which was a god send in itself. Little did we know the property manager had sprung into action in the morning, driving to palma and back to get pieces for our 2year old - a travel cot, a high chair! He had stocked us up on literally anything you could think you might forget; tooth brushes, shampoo, coffee, juice, fruit. We were honestly blown away. We mentioned our circumstances and lack of car, and the property manager took me to Palma to do a huge shop; honestly made the rest of the week so easy! At one point, we ran out of water, even with our walks to the shop and they sent someone out with a tonne more 😃 They were really keen to get our feedback on any improvements they could make, but honestly they weren’t many, and nothing that affected our stay. The location is one thing, the house is another, but the service was something else. We’d be through 3 accommodations on this stay, and this is the one that stood out. Mauriano, specifically, is an angel in disguise. Solved any problem we threw at him, literally! Thank you to everyone that helped us during our stay, we hope to see you again!

It’s not really a didn’t like for us, but for some it may be too remote (?) - we didn’t have a car, but could still take a morning walk to the local shop to get everything we needed for the weeks stay
