Homeland Nest

The cabins are beautifully designed and very well equipped, with great attention to every little detail. They combine a modern feel with a cozy, rustic atmosphere. The jacuzzi was comfortable and a lot of fun, and the host, Milan, was extremely kind, helpful, and welcoming. We stayed for 3 nights, and at one point we asked if the water in the jacuzzi could be changed, as some things from the surrounding trees and previous guests had gotten into it. Milan immediately took care of it and made sure everything was perfect. He was also very friendly and regularly checked that everything was okay and that we had everything we needed. The cabin also had Netflix, a smart TV, a very comfortable living room, and a great kitchen. We cooked both breakfast and dinner there, and the kitchen had excellent appliances and everything we needed. I accidentally broke the toaster by putting too much pressure on it, and Milan simply said it was absolutely fine and that I didn’t need to pay for it. This really shows how kind and understanding he is as a host. The value for money was also excellent. For 3 nights, the price was amazing compared to other places in the area, which were almost twice as expensive. The location is also great — only about 9 minutes from Žabljak, so you get a peaceful and quiet setting while still having supermarkets and everything else you might need nearby.

The only minor downside is that the shower is located in a corner of the cabin, so it is quite small and really only comfortable for one person at a time. However, this was not a major issue for us and did not affect our overall experience.

Exceptionally clean. Milian (host) was very communicative and there to greet us when we arrived. Provided face to face overview of property amenities. Was willing to provide information on hiking, attractions, restaurants, etc in the area. Truly a family-oriented host and he treated us similarly…was willing g to allow us to pet his dog whenever he was laying on the deck

No dislikes about the property. The road leading up to the property is what one would expect for the area just outside of Žabljak Montenegro
