UrbanFlat 204 - Beautiful Studio in the center of Paris

Tal cual como se veía en las fotos, todo muy limpio y ordenado

La entrada es por un pasillo muy finito que da a un patio y recién ahí se entra al edificio, durante la noche me daba un poco de miedo esa entrada porque había viajado sola

Comfortable, clean, as decribed

The common areas were not as clean as the room and the door were creaky

The place was easy enough to find and the bed was comfortable. The place was close to the metro station, which made it easy to get around.

We got there early, the room was ready and asked if we could into the room already - which we could, but had to pay an extra $30 - this made no sense to us, as we didn't request for it to be made early, but instead it was ready anyway. There was no extra work for them required to let us in 2 hours early. The room itself was small, but good enough for two people. It was very stuffy and not nice to be in without the windows open. The bathroom had a lot of mould all over, which wasn't pleasant to be in. The location itself wasn't what we expected. Even though it was close to a metro station, which was great, however, the area itself didn't seem safe. Particularly at night, but also during the day, there was some very dodgy businesses nearby, involving adultery etc. Definitely not a street I'd be walking through with my children!
