UrbanFlat 210 - Beautiful Studio in the center of Paris

The room is very clean and has all the amenities you might need like air conditioning, ironing board, toaster etc. Very centrally located in the 2nd arrondissement, close to so many of the iconic landmarks of Paris.

The particular street that the flat is located on does not seem particularly safe. There are many prostitutes lingering around the area just outside the flat and the smaller streets nearby. We even had a man attempt to follow us in the gate one day. I wouldn’t recommend to female solo travellers. I would definitely recommend staying in the second arrondissement, just not this particular street. Apart from safety the apartment building is also quite dirty. The room itself is lovely but the elevator, stairs, and hallway to enter the building are quite dirty and just seem to not be cleaned at all.

We liked the location.

The access to the property could have been explained better when booking the accommodation. Instructions in Booking.com refer to picking up keys at reception. There was no reception. We were required to click on a link to pay a security deposit. Bookings.com do not recommend this therefore there should have been another method or option. Once communication with the host was established the process of check in was smooth. It would have been nice to have tea and coffee available.

Great location close to metro stops and a short 20 min walk to a lot of attractions. Neighborhood was pretty quiet at night and we never felt unsafe.

A couple of extra pillows would have been nice.
