The staff were friendly, professional and helpful. The location of the flat was excellent for all the places we wanted to explore. The flat was clean and comfortable, with thoughtful additions like kitchen paper, corkscrew, cutlery and instant coffee!
The broken lift mainly. Walking up and down four floors all the time was not welcome. There was no attempt to fix this all the time we were there. The flat was a bit tired and needed maintenance. For example, the air conditioning was not cooled air but room temperature air. It was working as a fan when on the chill mode. The kitchen table was cracking and the tap was wobbling. A bathroom socket was on a cracked tile...
