The apartment is located on the 3rd floor of a luxury residence with elevator.

Since the entrance, the distribution separates the two living spaces:



West side:



- A living room with sofa, armchair and dining area, opening onto a terrace equipped with a dining table and a small garden furniture.



- A master bedroom with queen size bed (160x200cm), large wardrobe, smart TV and ensuite shower room with sink.



East side:



- One bedroom with sofa bed (140x200cm), smart TV and private shower room.



- An independent kitchen, fully equipped, enjoying a pleasant sea view.



A private and sheltered parking space is available at the foot of the residence.



ACCESS TO PROPERTY



From Nice airport: about 30 minutes by car via the A8.

From Cannes station: 10 minutes by car or 35 minutes by foot.

The apartment is located in the Palm Beach district, on the east end of Cannes, renowned for its peaceful atmosphere and direct access to the sea.



- Mouré Rouge beach: within 2 minutes walk, fine sandy beach ideal for a morning swim or a dinner by the sea



- Gazan beach: about 6 minutes walk, a long sandy promenade bordered by the sea



- Place de l'Etang: a 2-minute walk, the neighbourhood's living centre with bakery, supermarket, pharmacy, press and some restaurants



- Boulevard de la Croisette: a 10-minute walk, emblematic street bordered by palaces, high-end shops and private beaches



- Port du Mouré Rouge: 5 minutes on foot, to stroll by the yachts or embark for an exit at sea



- Antibes Street: 20 minutes walk or 7 minutes by car, ideal for shopping, terraces and shops nearby



- Palais des Festivals: 12 minutes by car or 35 minutes along the Croisette



- Îles de Lérins: boarding at the Laubeuf wharf 12 minutes by car, crossing 15 minutes for Sainte-Marguerite or Saint-Honorat

Late arrival until 22:00 on request and extra.

Beyond these times arrivals are made only on key box.

All the key boxes are located in front of our premises, 85 avenue du Maréchal June in Cannes, and the keys will therefore have to be recovered at this address for all arrivals in keybox.
