Bright basement living room with comfy seating, smart TV, and large door and kitchen windows letting in plenty of natural light—ideal for both relaxation and casual work.
Fully equipped kitchen with modern appliances, cookware, and a coffee set-up to kickstart your mornings.
One well-appointed bedroom: King bed or can be split into two twin beds as well.
Clean, modern bathroom with fresh towels and quality toiletries provided.
High-speed WiFi + ideal for remote work or streaming downtime.
Outside the home: If available—private patio / shared garden / on-street un-metered parking makes coming and going easy and enjoyable.
Neighborhood & Location
Located in a safe, welcoming D.C. neighborhood, you’re just minutes from Eastern Market/Capital Hill, FedEx Field, RFK Stadium, H St. and Navy Yard (all accessible driving within 15 minutes or less), within easy reach of dining, coffee shops, and local favorites. Whether you’re exploring the museums, heading into the city center, or just enjoying a quiet evening in, you’ve got the best of both worlds—urban access + peaceful surroundings. A safe place to park your car for free, while enjoying all the comforts of home within the apartment.
Guest Access & Host Interaction
You’ll have full access to the home and amenities. I’m available by message or phone if you need anything—yet you’ll have privacy and freedom to make the space your own.
Other Things to Note
Check-in begins at 2pm, check-out by 11am.
Street parking directly infront of the home.
Quiet hours after 10pm to respect neighbors.
While the home is fully comfortable for most guests, if you have mobility concerns please let me know—there are a full flight of steps up to the landing of the home. There is an additional flight of steps down to the front door of the apartment.
