Everything was great about the facility itself, all we could ask for. Public transportation is right outside the front door and metro is real easy to use but, not the safest area of DC

The area was not the safest, although we didn’t have any problems, I don’t recommend shopping for anything in that neighborhood. Take an uber or rental car to an outside neighborhood to shop.

The property is small, smaller than the photos make it seem but it is very nicely decorated. It is clean and we appreciated that the ac had been turned on prior to our arrival. Our contact person was easily available and very responsive. The parking was very convenient, right on property at the back steps.

It was much smaller than we expected by looking at the pictures but it is very nice. There is no toilet/bathroom facility on the main floor, I say main floor because there is no "ground" floor, there are steps, quite a few, to enter AND steps to the upstairs AND steep steps to the basement. This is not a property for anyone that has difficulty with stairs. The upstairs bathroom is small but has a tub-shower combination and pedestal sink. The other "bathroom" has just a toilet and sink and is in the basement. The basement has a couch that can be made into a sleeping spot but could not quite be called a bed, it is the sort of thing you throw blankets on top of but don't make up with sheets etc. Because of the lack of a 2 full baths we chose not to stay at the property but our contact person was responsive and helpful and NICE. The management company, EVOLVE treated us fairly and, though it was a hassle to have to leave and find something else at a moments notice in a strange city, I would recommend them and this property if the stairs and lack of 2 full baths work for your group.
