The Blue House

Pretty much everything. It has its small faults, but what place doesn’t? Overall I rate it very high

Nothing to me stands out as so incredibly bad that it needs to be harped on. No place is perfect, but this property is impressive IMHO.

The tv worked, the house was clean.

The kitchen is a whole hazard. The floor is sunk, floor boards are squishy or sunken in in places. The whole Kitchen leans into the middle. The bench is on a lean, the oven and stove smelt of gas when you used it or tried to. The door to the heating unit in the kitchen doesn't shut - which was a problem because we were traveling with a toddler. Bottom bathroom door struggles to close. Master bathroom door didn't close at all. The ceiling fan in the main room was coming off the ceiling and it also didn't work. Hand rail for the stairs is loose and a number of the taps are loose and move when operated. The temperature control- heating- was all over the place. The house got too hot then too cold, then too hot. There were no plugs for the bathrooms - sinks or baths. Couldn't give our toddler a bath and couldn't wash our faces. The bath had also been painted and the paint flakes were coming off when showering. Not enough towels or blankets which is unsanitary. Also no laundry cleaning products available. we had to provide our own. We had to park down the street we well.
