Enjoy lounging in our spacious pool area on a warm summer’s day or roast some marshmallows in the wood log fire pit. Due to our central location, all of Austin’s attractions, entertainment, and upscale restaurants are within a 30-minute drive away. Our property has everything you need to maximize your rest and relaxation, so book your next stay with us!
You will never be bored while you stay here in our open plan, fully remodeled home! There are plenty of activities to engage in, ranging from seasonal water parks, sporting events, music festivals, wine trails and so much more. Afterward, relax and slip into our spacious living room and activity room; featuring a game table, and a massive 65-inch Roku TV with your favorite streaming services downloaded to keep your friends and family entertained. Plus, take the comfort level up a notch and light up the indoor fireplace to induce that snug and cozy feeling at the day's end.
Ready to cook up a storm? No problem! Our kitchen is well equipped with stainless steel appliances, as well as smaller tools and utensils – including a rice cooker/Instapot, waffle maker, toaster, hand mixer, blender, coffee maker, and teapot. After cooking your wholesome dinner, take a seat at our elegant dining table, enough to sit up to 8 people.
Get ready for hotel quality comfort in one of our 3 large double bedrooms, each containing its own unique vibe and accented walls:
*Desert Rose* The master suite has a calming desert color scheme containing a comfy king-sized mattress and a brand new ensuite bathroom with a walk-in shower & double vanity. The bathroom is stocked with shampoo, conditioner, and body wash. The double French doors lead out to a deck – a perfect place to take in the fresh morning air with a warm cup of coffee in your hand. Additionally, take advantage of the master closet, offering plenty of space to store your clothes and belongings and extra linens for your convenience.
*Americana* The second bedroom is perfect for the kids! Featuring two twin beds and a custom patterned navy & white wall adding extra character to the room. A dresser and a ROKU TV are available as well!
*Europa* The third bedroom also has beautiful locally sourced pieces of artful décor and boasts a king-size mattress, dresser, hangers, and a Roku TV

The house is exactly as pictured. The neighborhood is is nice and quiet. The location is tucked away but still close enough for whatever you need. We spent most of our time n the backyard it’s awesome!

A friend and I chose Syd's place for a brief vacation, and we were very happy with the house, as well as the communication with the manager. The pool was sparkling, the house and yard were also clean and tidy. All the lights and fans were clearly labeled, which we appreciated. Simple instructions for how to leave the house, didn't take very long to close up. Loved the huge washer and dryer. Relatively close to an H.E.B. and other stores.
Apart from the suggestion for some sort of shade around the pool - maybe one of those cantilevered umbrella things? - I wouldn't change a thing. I'd stay here again!

We enjoyed this beautiful home! We kept find things around the house that made it extra special and welcoming. The backyard was our own little resort. Such an amazing view and the pool was huge!
