This location is hard to beat!! This tranquil apartment is one of four, located in a historic building from 1910 in Hyde Park! It is conveniently located within walking distance to Downtown Tampa, shopping and restaurants, yet is located on a quiet peaceful street. In the midst of Hyde Park, close to absolutely everything... The Tampa Convention Center, The Riverwalk, Hyde Park Villages, University of Tampa, Downtown, Davis Island, Tampa General Hospital, Amalie Arena and Bayshore Blvd.
The space
This beautiful apartment is located on the second floor and has been recently furnished and decorated solely for VRBO guests. No need to deal with other people's belongings...The apartment has a large eat-in kitchen with a full size range and full size refrigerator, washer/dryer, and dishwasher. The living room is equipped with a sectional sofa and a 48" flat screen TV. The bedroom is furnished with a KING sized bed and a 32" flat screen. The apartment is perfect visiting downtown Tampa or the Hyde park area.

Great stay at this Tampa VRBO. This was a pre-cruise stay & could not of been happier with the location. Uber to port was 12. The place was exactly as described, spacious and comfortable. Easy walk to Walgreens, Publix, a few Restaurants & waterfront walking path. Host was quick to respond to all emails. This place had everything you could ever need, washer & dryer, Keurig coffee maker, microwave, and even a noise machine in the bedroom. Would book this place again in the future.

Great little spot. Easy street parking. Easy 10 minute walk to the conference center. The apartment had everything we needed for a great stay. The stylish minimalist decor is very calming, and it made for a great place to relax at the end of the day. Would definitely stay here again if our travels bring us back to Tampa!

Anna was super quick to respond to any questions we had! The place is old, but charming with all the necessary amenities. It's also 2 blocks from Bayshore Blvd! We will stay here again for sure.
