Downtown Cozy 1B-1B #1

Really nice property in the North Hyde Park area. Clean, comfortable and spacious. Pre-check in communications were good and finding the property was easy. it's about 20/25 mins walk to downtown. There's a few restaurants across the highway and a publix supermarket about 10 mins walk away. Bed was comfortable and facilities are there should you wish to cook your own food. Would recommend!

Perfect spot for an overnight for an early morning flight or late arrival, as well as exploring everything Tampa has to offer as well. Super clean, amazing bed, couldn't ask for anything more. Very responsive host and convenient and easy check-in/out as well. Definitely booking again.

I couldn't figure out how to work the hot water in the shower- it just never got hot. That's my only complaint!

Location is within the suburbs across the interstate; there will be road noise. ~10+ min walk to restaurants and a gas station. The house is you're typical Airbnb refurb; it's a repaint with cheap furniture. It's nicer than a motel. The kitchen is well-equipped and the facilities function as intended. Decent bed, decent pillows. Host is responsive.

All the windows were propped slightly open, which at 30F night chills made the property cold until I corrected that. Wifi didn't have internet, the host stated they tried to fix it. The bathroom has a mild mildew smell, most likely from the fact that the shower curtain is too short and allows for excess water on the tiles during showering. The bathroom is the only place on the house that seems like an afterthought and would need further work.
