The house is located in Historic West Tampa near the Hillsborough River. It is within 5-10 mins from Downtown Tampa, Raymond James Stadium, Tampa International Airport, Historic Ybor City, SOHO and Historic Hyde Park. The famous Ricks on the River Restaurant is within walking distance. Also one can access the Water Taxi from the boat dock behind Ricks on the River. Bush Gardens is around 20mins away.

Great place for a great price. Perfect spot for events at the stadium. Quiet for being close to the stadium. A good accommodation for pets too.

Rooms were clean , dryer didn’t dry clothes so maybe check that out. Enjoyed our stay.

This home is clean despite being rough around the edges. Pros: Comfortable bed & pillows, plenty of towels, coffee maker worked (but you may need to bring your own coffee), WiFi was easy, laundry machines worked and didn’t damage clothing, ice was already in the freezer, shower pressure was great with quick hot water, good location IF you have a car, host communicates the basics and leaves you alone.Cons: All of the bedding had been washed with sweet/flowery detergent that was so strong I got a headache the first night. Had to wash the pillowcases, thankfully there was free-and-clear detergent available. Cheapest possible toilet paper. As a queer/nonbinary femme, I did question my safety in the neighborhood upon arrival but there were no issues. The keypad for the lock was fussy but it always worked eventually. Not cozy or cute.Overall I wouldn’t book this place again but for a six night stay, it was a comfortable enough place to crash without breaking the bank.
